The Nation’s Shield forces recovered a military vehicle less than 12 hours after it was subjected to an ambush and theft in the Shibam District of Wadi Hadramawt, eastern Yemen.
Military sources reported that, immediately upon receiving the report, the force launched a pursuit of the perpetrators. They were tracked across several areas before being surrounded, resulting in the successful recovery of the military vehicle.
The sources explained that the operation was carried out within hours of the incident without any recorded casualties, while security authorities continue their procedures to track down those involved and bring them to justice.
This operation comes as part of the security efforts exerted by the Nation’s Shield forces to enhance security and stability in the Wadi and desert regions of Hadramawt, and to counter criminal acts aimed at destabilizing public peace in the region.
