Yemeni Minister of Endowment Urges Hajj Mission To Maintain Discipline And Enhance Coordination To Serve Pilgrims

The Yemeni Minister of Endowment and Guidance and Head of the Yemen Pilgrims Affairs Office, Sheikh Turki Al-Wada’i, called on Tuesday for the members and heads of the Hajj mission committees to remain committed and disciplined in performing their duties as the Hajj season for the year 1447 AH approaches.

During an expanded meeting of the committees working within the Hajj mission, Al-Wada’i stated that serving pilgrims represents a “religious and national duty.” He emphasized the necessity of collective efforts and enhanced coordination between various committees to facilitate the performance of rituals and provide services to Yemeni pilgrims.

The Minister stressed the importance of sincerity and discipline in executing the tasks assigned to the mission to ensure the resolution of any difficulties pilgrims might face during their journey to the Holy Lands.

Al-Wada’i praised the interest of the Yemeni leadership, represented by the Head of the Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, Council members, and the Prime Minister, in following up on the Hajj season arrangements and the level of services provided to pilgrims.

He also expressed his appreciation to the Saudi authorities for the facilities and services they provide to ensure the success of the Hajj season, affirming his confidence in the mission committees’ ability to carry out their duties efficiently.

During the meeting, the Minister listened to interventions from the heads and members of the committees regarding the progress of preparations and potential challenges, affirming the Hajj Affairs Office’s support in addressing any obstacles that might affect the mission’s performance or the services provided to Yemeni pilgrims.
