Woman Killed by Houthi Gunfire in Taiz

A woman passed away this Saturday, succumbing to injuries sustained from a Houthi sniper’s bullet in the Wadi Sala area, east of the city of Taiz.
The state-run Saba news agency reported that the citizen, Katiba Ahmed Ismail, was shot by a Houthi sniper while in the area, leading to her death. The agency considered this a new crime added to the series of violations committed by the militia against civilians in the city of Taiz.
The Old Airport front in Taiz witnessed violent battles between the Yemeni Army and the Houthi group, leaving 14 Houthi members and five army soldiers dead, according to military sources.
