Gas Company Director Confirms Supply Stability and Coverage of Market Needs Ahead of Ramadan

The Executive Director General of the Yemeni Gas Company, Engineer Mohsen bin Wahett, held an extraordinary meeting today with the company’s management at the Safer site in Marib Governorate to discuss supply plans ahead of the arrival of the month of Ramadan.

The meeting reviewed the level of readiness to meet local market needs for household cooking gas, confirming the availability of sufficient quantities to cover demand throughout the holy month of Ramadan.

The Gas Company Director also conducted a field visit to the Marib Gas Facility, where he reviewed work progress and operational capacities, stressing the company leadership’s commitment to ensuring supply stability and enhancing operational efficiency in the coming period.

Bin Wahett affirmed the stability of the supply situation and the availability of household gas in quantities sufficient to meet market needs during the holy month of Ramadan, reassuring citizens that there is no crisis and that the company is meeting demand with adequate supplies.

He emphasized that the company is operating at full capacity to facilitate the delivery of this essential commodity to all consumers across the various governorates, reiterating the company’s commitment to continuing its efforts to ensure regular distribution and to address any potential bottlenecks, in a way that contributes to market stability and eases the burden on citizens.
