Shabwah Police Confirm Stability of Security Situation and Call for Countering Rumors

The Police Command of Shabwah Governorate has confirmed the stability of the security situation across all districts of the governorate, noting that peace and tranquility prevail due to ongoing coordination between security and military units, in cooperation with the Arab Coalition forces led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A police statement noted that this stability is the result of intensive efforts led by the Governor of Shabwah and Chairman of the Security Committee, Awadh Mohammed bin Al-Wazir, under the direct supervision of the Director General of the Governorate Police, Brigadier General Fuad Mohammed Al-Nasi, both of whom are focused on raising readiness and enhancing security performance.
The police emphasized that there will be no leniency toward any attempts aimed at destabilizing security or spreading malicious rumors intended to tarnish the governorate’s image. They confirmed that deterrent legal measures will be taken against any party proven to be involved in such activities.
The Police Command expressed its high appreciation for the awareness of the people of Shabwah and their responsible interaction in supporting the security services, noting that this cooperation strengthens stability and protects the security and developmental gains achieved in the governorate.
Shabwah Police concluded their statement by reassuring citizens that the security situation is stable and that security forces are at the highest levels of readiness, calling on everyone to rely on official sources for information and avoid being drawn into rumors.
