Yemeni Chief of Staff: Decisive Solutions Have Become the “Last Option” Amid Escalating Situation

Sagheer bin Aziz, Chief of the General Staff of the Yemeni Army, reaffirmed that decisive solutions have become the last option given the escalation of the current situation, citing the proverb “the final remedy is cauterization, and even the patient one reaches a breaking point” to express the gravity of the political developments.
In a post on the X platform, bin Aziz stated that the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, alongside His Excellency the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, have exerted significant efforts to contain the ongoing developments through dialogue, reason, and wisdom. This reflects the determination of the country’s leadership to resolve differences without resorting to escalation.
