Iran Warns of Repercussions from Political Developments in Yemen, Deems Them “Regional Concerns”

The Iranian Foreign Ministry warned on Sunday of escalating political developments in Yemen, stating they represent a source of concern for many countries in the region.
Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei clarified that these transformations fall within the policies of the “Zionist entity” that aim to fragment and divide the countries of the region. He emphasized the importance of dialogue among Yemeni parties to preserve Yemen’s unity and sovereignty.
Baghaei stated that Tehran has repeatedly called for comprehensive dialogue among all Yemeni factions to achieve stability and ensure the integrity of Yemeni territory.
He indicated that any steps contradicting this direction are considered positions aligned with the goals of powers seeking to undermine the security and stability of the region and sow discord among Islamic countries.
