The EU Affirms Full Support for The Yemeni Government and Highlights Developments in Hadramowt and Al-Mahra

The EU Mission in Yemen confirmed its full support for the Presidential Leadership Council and the Yemeni government in their efforts to enhance security and stability. It praised the comprehensive briefing provided by President Rashad Al-Alimi regarding recent developments in Hadramowt and Al-Mahra governorates.
The mission called for resolving political disputes through dialogue and peaceful means, welcoming all initiatives aimed at de-escalation through mediation, reflecting the EU’s commitment to supporting sustainable peace in Yemen.
In an official statement, the EU said: “The European Union stands with the Yemeni people and supports them in achieving their aspirations for freedom, security, and prosperity,” emphasizing the importance of continued cooperation with Yemeni parties to strengthen political and security stability in the country.
