Presidential Decree Appoints Mohammed Bahabri as Secretary-General of the Yemeni Council of Ministers

Republican Decree No. (27) of 2025 was issued today, Tuesday, concerning the appointment of the Secretary-General of the Yemeni Council of Ministers (Cabinet).

Article One of the decree stipulated the appointment of Mohammed Salem Ahmed Bahabri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, as the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers.

Article Two stipulated that the decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
