Houthi Campaign Raids Village in Al-Bayda and Arrests 15 People Who Celebrated September 26
Yemen Monitor/ Al-Bayda/ Exclusive:
The Houthi group launched a massive military campaign today, Friday (September 27, 2025), involving dozens of patrols and fighters, targeting Al-Khaw’a village in Al-Sawadiyah district of Al-Bayda governorate, following local celebrations of the September 26 Revolution anniversary.
Accounts from residents stated that the campaign besieged the village and began arresting everyone found in its path, under the pretext that the residents had lit the Revolution Torch on the summit of the “Hadabat Al-Ghazw” mountain in the village and set off fireworks to celebrate the national holiday.
