Yemeni Embassy in Sudan Announces Return of 22 Fishermen

The Yemeni Embassy in Khartoum has successfully repatriated 22 Yemeni fishermen from the Hudaidah governorate. They arrived home via a flight from Port Sudan Airport to Aden Airport, with a stopover in Jeddah.
In an official statement, the embassy explained that this return was the result of extensive efforts to secure the release of the fishermen, who had been detained in Port Sudan. All legal procedures were completed in coordination with Sudanese authorities.
The embassy extended its thanks to the relevant authorities in Sudan for their cooperation and for facilitating the return of the fishermen.
It also expressed gratitude to the leadership of Hudaidah governorate and to all parties and individuals who contributed to the success of the operation, which resulted in the safe arrival of the fishermen in the interim capital of Aden.
