Yemen Monitor/Newsroom:
The Yemen Petroleum Company branch in Taiz announced on Wednesday a new reduction in the price of premium gasoline, coinciding with the decline in foreign currency exchange rates against the Yemeni riyal.
According to the company’s directive, the price of one liter has been set at 1,100 riyals, equivalent to 22,000 riyals for a 20-liter container. The new pricing will take effect today across all sales stations in the governorate.
The company stated that this decision comes as part of its commitment to easing citizens’ living conditions and called on station owners to adhere to the approved price and not exceed it.
