Casualties in Central Yemen Mosque Attack

Yemen Monitor/Al-Bayda/Exclusive:
At least 3 Yemenis were killed and 14 others injured on Saturday in a grenade and shooting attack targeting worshipers in a mosque in central Yemen, according to local sources.
The sources stated that “at least 3 killed and 14 wounded fell in a grenade and shooting attack in the village of Qarn al-Assad in Rada’a area of Al-Bayda governorate.”
The sources noted that the attack was carried out by a mentally disturbed person who entered the mosque during evening prayers, threw a grenade, and opened fire on the worshipers.
Houthi security forces have not commented on the incident.
The injured were transferred to nearby hospitals.
