Rashad Al-Alimi Praises Coalition’s Response to Protect Civilians in Hadramowt, Calls on STC to Withdraw

The Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Rashad Al-Alimi, expressed his high appreciation for the response of the Joint Forces Command of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy to a request for immediate measures to protect civilians in Hadramowt Province.
This move comes in accordance with the recommendations of the National Defense Council to restore security and stability, preserve civil peace, and uphold the legal status of the Republic of Yemen.
Al-Alimi affirmed his full support for the efforts of the “brothers” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He called on the Southern Transitional Council (STC) to respond immediately to these efforts by withdrawing from Hadramowt and Al-Mahra and handing over military camps to the Nation’s Shield Forces and local authorities.
He emphasized that these steps are necessary to maintain unity of ranks and serve the supreme interests of the country.
