The Yemeni Prime Minister Directs Immediate Action To Address Flood Damage In Taiz

Yemen’s Prime Minister, Dr. Shaye Mohsen Al-Zandani, today instructed the relevant government authorities to assess and address the damage caused by flooding immediately.
During his meeting with Taiz Governor Nabil Shamsan, Al-Zandani emphasized providing necessary assistance to those affected and working to ease their suffering. He also stressed the importance of coordinated efforts between the central government and local authorities to ensure that aid reaches those in need as quickly as possible.
The meeting discussed security and service-related issues, as well as the performance of state institutions. The Prime Minister affirmed that Taiz holds a special priority in government plans aimed at achieving stability, development, and overcoming current challenges.
For his part, the Governor of Taiz expressed appreciation for the government’s attention and follow-up on the situation in the province, as well as the swift response to address the consequences of the flood damage.
