An agreement was signed today between the Yemeni Ministry of Electricity, PetroMasila, and the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) to provide petroleum products for 70 power plants.
The Saudi Ambassador to Yemen, Mohammed Al Jaber, announced that the agreement stipulates the purchase of petroleum products to operate more than 70 power plants across various Yemeni governorates, contributing to the enhancement of electricity sustainability.
He pointed out that the agreement will reflect positively on commercial activity in Yemen and will contribute to revitalizing the role of Yemeni companies as active partners in the energy system, while supporting livelihood and social stability.
