Yemen’s Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Mohammed Shabibah, announced that 24,255 Yemeni pilgrims have successfully completed the Hajj rituals for the year 1446 AH. He affirmed that the season concluded with great success and in a calm, spiritual atmosphere.
In an extensive meeting with the field committees, Shabibah attributed this success to meticulous planning and continuous efforts by ministry staff and accompanying committees, in coordination with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and relevant authorities.
He explained that the ministry was keen to monitor all stages of the Hajj, from registration to mobilization, transportation, and accommodation, in addition to providing high-standard healthcare and guidance. He also praised the commitment of Yemeni pilgrims to the approved regulations.
Shabibah emphasized that the ministry dealt seriously with any observations or complaints and took measures to address any shortcomings, in accordance with legal and practical requirements, away from any undocumented media pressure.
