“Israel” Disables Sana’a Airport And Targets Critical Infrastructure And Service Installations
Yemen Monitor/Newsroom:
The Israeli occupation forces launched a series of intense airstrikes today, Tuesday, on Sana’a International Airport, which is under the control of the Houthis, leading to its complete shutdown.
Military sources reported that the attacks targeted the passenger terminal, the control tower, runways, in addition to civilian aircraft parked at the airport.
The raids also hit power stations in the Haziz, Dhahban, and Aser areas, and a cement factory in Amran Governorate, where “Israel” claimed that these facilities are used by the Ansar Allah group (Houthis) for military purposes, including building tunnels and transporting weapons.

It is worth noting that these attacks come on the second day of Israeli escalation against Houthi targets in Yemen, two days after the Houthis targeted Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv with a ballistic missile, which led to a temporary suspension of air traffic at the airport.
Israeli media outlets indicated that the air operation lasted about an hour, involving dozens of fighter jets, and targeted ten sites in Yemen, including Sana’a International Airport, energy facilities, and fuel depots.
For its part, Al-Masirah TV, the mouthpiece of the Houthi group, stated that “a series of US and Israeli airstrikes targeted Sana’a International Airport.”
The channel said: “A US-Israeli aggression targeted the Amran Cement Factory” in Amran Governorate (50 km north of Sana’a).
