During the meeting—which was also attended by the Director General of Marib Police, the Director of the Patrol and Road Security Forces, and the Director of Facilities and VIP Protection at the Ministry of Interior—Minister Haidan praised the tremendous sacrifices made by police officers alongside their brothers in the armed forces across various fields of honor and heroism.

The minister emphasized the importance of raising readiness levels and maintaining heightened security alertness to counter the Houthis’ escalation and to thwart their plans aimed at destabilizing the liberated areas.

He highlighted the need to strengthen coordination among various security bodies and units, intensify efforts to secure institutions and vital facilities, and protect the lives of citizens and public and private property, thereby contributing to the consolidation of security and stability.

During the session, Major General Haidan listened to detailed reports from the security directors of the non-liberated provinces. The reports covered the current state of security operations, the challenges facing their work, and proposed solutions to overcome them.
