“It Will Be the Last” – Marib Tribes in Yemen Warn Houthis Against Military Operations in Their Areas

Yemen Monitor/Newsroom:
The tribes of Marib, Yemen, have warned against what they described as “Houthi shows” in Murad areas, affirming that these movements will be the last and that the Houthi group will soon suffer defeat in these areas (areas that are still under Houthi control).
During a massive gathering, these tribes affirmed their full readiness to fight to complete the liberation of villages and districts of the governorate that are still under Houthi control.
According to the statement issued by the massive gathering of the Murad and Bani Abd tribes (the largest tribes in Marib), which was presented by sheikhs, notables, and military and civilian leaders from the tribes, these tribes considered their meeting as a serious declaration to continue the struggle until the eradication of the terrorist militia and the liberation of all Yemeni territories.
The statement also held the Houthi leader fully responsible for what is happening in all districts of Marib governorate in particular and in Yemen in general, affirming that the Houthi militia has committed many crimes against the Yemeni people and that the time has come to hold them accountable.
Regarding the military aspect, the Murad tribes called on the Presidential Leadership Council and the legitimate government to quickly unify the military decision and merge all military formations under the Ministries of Defense and Interior, and to activate joint military operations rooms in preparation for launching a comprehensive national battle to liberate the remaining Yemeni territories.
The meeting renewed the affirmation that the Murad and Bani Abd tribes will remain on the front lines to confront Houthi terrorism, and will spare no effort in making sacrifices to liberate Yemen and restore its sovereignty.
