Britain Reaffirms Continued Support for Yemeni Government Reforms

Yemeni Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shayea Mohsen Al-Zindani, met on Monday with the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Yemen, Abda Sharif. The meeting focused on the latest local and international developments, as well as government efforts to implement a package of reforms and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
During the meeting, Al-Zindani emphasized the necessity of continued support from international partners for the government’s plans. He expressed appreciation for the role played by the United Kingdom in this context, particularly through its contributions via the “TAFEY” project.
For her part, the British Ambassador affirmed her country’s commitment to continued support for the Yemeni government and the enhancement of coordination and joint cooperation. She noted that these efforts aim to advance the reform process and address current challenges.
