Chief of Staff of Taiz Axis Urges Heightened Alert and Readiness in the Western Sector

Maj. Gen. Abdulaziz Al-Majidi, Chief of Staff of the Taiz Axis affiliated with the Yemeni army, inspected on Monday the army forces stationed on the front lines in the Al-Nasr Brigade sector west of Taiz, to assess their combat readiness and enhance coordination among units.
The tour included multiple positions on the Al-Kadahah front and surrounding military checkpoints, where brigade and battalion commanders received him. He conveyed the leadership’s greetings on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and praised the troops’ high morale and steadfastness in confronting Houthi movement fighters.
Maj. Gen. Al-Majidi stressed the importance of maintaining constant vigilance and readiness to confront any emergency, highlighting the danger posed by the enemy and its hostile nature. He also directed strengthening field coordination among various units to secure Taiz’s vital western sector.
For their part, officers and soldiers of the Al-Nasr Brigade reaffirmed their commitment to holding their positions and their full readiness to continue defending the country with high morale until victory is achieved and the country is cleared of the Houthis, who are designated on local and international terrorism lists and supported by the Iranian regime.
