Presidential Leadership Council member Abdulrahman Al-Mahrami affirmed that the security and stability of the capital, Aden, represent a priority that cannot be compromised or neglected. He explained in a post on his Facebook page that any attempts to destabilize public peace or drag the city into chaos and futile conflicts are completely rejected, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the political path of the Southern cause.
Al-Mahrami stated that the Southern-Southern dialogue sponsored by Riyadh constitutes a historical opportunity that must be appreciated and upheld, expressing the Presidential Council’s gratitude to the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its support of this path.
He added that the Presidential Council announces its full support for the government of Dr. Shaya Al-Zindani, calling on government members to focus on providing services and improving the living conditions of citizens. He stressed his keenness to monitor and evaluate the government’s performance with full transparency and responsibility.
Al-Mahrami called on all parties to unite, reject rumors, and strengthen the spirit of national responsibility to protect the capital and preserve state institutions. He underscored that Aden is a trust held by everyone and that its protection is a national duty that must not be taken lightly.
