The Yemeni army announced on Tuesday the killing of four members of the Houthi group during the thwarting of an infiltration attempt carried out by the militia on the Al-Salou front, southeast of Taiz Governorate.
The official Yemeni News Agency quoted a military source as saying that army forces dealt firmly with the infiltrating elements, resulting in casualties among them and forcing the remaining fighters to flee.
The source affirmed the readiness of the forces to confront all enemy attempts and their continued efforts to protect and secure liberated positions.
The Yemeni army had announced on Monday the death of one of its soldiers by Houthi fire in Taiz Governorate, identifying him as Ramzi Haidara Ghalib Al-Adahi, a member of the 22nd Mechanized Brigade, according to a statement issued by the Taiz Military Axis.
