The first Saudi cargo plane carrying large quantities of essential food supplies arrived at the Socotra Archipelago Airport today. This delivery is part of a humanitarian airbridge aimed at alleviating the suffering of citizens and supporting supply stability within the archipelago.
An official local source reported that immediately upon the plane’s arrival, specialized teams began offloading the shipment and transporting it via dedicated trucks to central warehouses.
The source confirmed that the distribution process will be carried out according to an organized and precise mechanism under the supervision of relevant authorities. This is to ensure that the aid reaches the neediest families and eligible groups across various regions of the island.
