Yemeni Army forces announced a temporary suspension of traffic on the international highway connecting the governorates of Marib and Hadramawt, as part of what was described as efforts to enhance security and stability.

According to the military website “September Net,” the issued military directives are a precautionary measure aimed at controlling the situation, maintaining public tranquility, and protecting public and private property. The move is also intended to prevent any disturbances or violations that might exploit current circumstances, serving the requirements of the current phase and ensuring citizen safety.

The source indicated that these measures are being carried out in coordination with security and military authorities in the Marib and Hadramawt governorates. This comes within the context of a security plan aimed at preventing any attempts to compromise security or succumb to calls for chaos and irresponsible practices that could negatively affect the internal front or disrupt the general national scene.
