Saudi Arabia Hosts Families of Yemeni Armed Forces Martyrs for Hajj in Honor of Their Sacrifices

Yemen Monitor/Newsroom:

The Saudi Ministry of Defense, represented by the Joint Forces Command, announced the completion of its preparations to host the families of martyrs and injured personnel from the Yemeni forces who participated in operations “Decisive Storm” and “Restore Hope.” This initiative allows them to perform the Hajj rituals this year, a gesture of loyalty to their sacrifices on the battlefield.

The arrangements include comprehensive facilities to ensure the comfort of the Yemeni martyrs’ families during Hajj, including transportation, accommodation, health services, and guidance. Specialized field teams have also been formed to accompany the pilgrims from their departure from Yemen, their reception in the Kingdom, and to facilitate their rituals in Mecca and Medina.

This initiative comes as part of the ongoing appreciation from the Saudi leadership for the sacrifices of Yemeni martyrs and injured personnel who participated in defending legitimacy. It also expresses gratitude for their bloodshed in the interest of stability and security in Yemen and the region.

This step underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening fraternal and humanitarian ties and its deep appreciation for the families of the heroes who gave their lives in defense of their homelands.
