The Arab Coalition Reorganizes the Military Landscape in Aden

The headquarters of the Arab Coalition command in the temporary capital, Aden, witnessed a broad military meeting that brought together the advisor to the Commander of the Joint Forces, Falah Al-Shahrani, with a number of military and security leaders from various southern Yemeni governorates. Among them was the commander of the Southern Resistance, Abu Hammam Al-Yafei. The meeting came within the context of discussing security and military arrangements for the upcoming phase.
According to the media center of the Nation’s Shield Forces, the meeting discussed mechanisms for joint coordination and ways to enhance cooperation between military and security units, in addition to raising the level of combat and security readiness of forces stationed across various fronts and sectors.
This meeting is part of a series of periodic gatherings aimed at strengthening stability in the southern governorates and improving field performance, contributing to the support of security and the preservation of stability in liberated areas.
Yesterday, Tuesday, the Nation’s Shield Forces affiliated with the Yemeni government announced the arrival of the advisor to the Commander of the Joint Forces, Falah Al-Shahrani, in the temporary capital Aden, accompanied by a high-level military delegation. This marks the first visit by a coalition military official, led by Saudi Arabia, since the government regained control of the city.
In a statement published on its social media platforms, the forces explained that the visit comes within the framework of coordination led by the Joint Forces with direct support from Saudi Arabia, to follow up on a number of organizational and field arrangements and to enhance the level of joint coordination.
The Nation’s Shield Forces also broadcast footage showing the deployment of new units from the Second Brigade of the First Division inside the city of Aden, with the aim of strengthening security and stability. This followed their arrival in the city after recently taking control of the Hadramawt and Al-Mahra governorates, following the withdrawal of the Southern Transitional Council’s forces.
