U.S. Announces 300 Strikes Against Houthis Since Mid-March

Yemen Monitor / Newsroom:
U.S. Central Command has announced the execution of 300 airstrikes in Yemen since mid-March, while the Houthi group claims the number to be closer to 900, targeting multiple areas across the country.
Washington has employed Tomahawk missiles and B-2 strategic bombers in the campaign and has reinforced its military presence by deploying the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson to the region.
Around midnight on Friday/Saturday, U.S. aircraft launched more than 20 airstrikes on positions in Sana’a, Al-Jawf, and Saada, according to Houthi media outlets.
These strikes followed a U.S. attack on the Ras Issa oil port, which was reportedly destroyed completely. The strikes are said to have resulted in approximately 7,580 deaths and dozens of injuries.
In response, the Houthi group announced it had carried out 78 operations during March, targeting US vessels with 170 missiles and drones.
