Yemeni Defense Minister: Our Armed Forces Have High Levels of Coordination and Readiness

Yemen’s Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Tahir Al-Aqili, praised the level of coordination and integration among the various military components within the framework of a unified operations room, following the conclusion of his inspection tour of military zones.
During a meeting he held today in Aden with the War Operations Authority and the Joint Operations Authority, he affirmed that the military forces, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, are organized under a unified operations room.
The meeting discussed field developments and the level of readiness across various military formations.
Al-Aqili reviewed the results of his recent field visits to a number of military zones, noting the discipline, readiness, and high morale he observed.
He stressed the need to raise the level of preparedness to face various challenges and the importance of unifying concepts among different formations to enhance performance effectiveness and achieve desired goals.
The Minister of Defense affirmed that there is no turning back from the main goal of liberating the capital, Sana’a, and ending the Houthi clerical coup. He pointed out the suffering of citizens in areas under the control of the Houthi militias, noting that security and stability cannot be achieved except by eliminating this project, which is backed by the Iranian regime.
