Yemen Begins Issuing Hajj Visas For The 1447 AH Season

The Yemeni Ministry of Endowments and Guidance announced the start of issuing Hajj visas for the 1447 AH season, following the activation of the electronic linkage system for visa services, in a step paving the way for this year’s Hajj season.
The Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Turki Al-Wada’i, explained that this phase represents the actual launch of procedures for dispatching pilgrims, in accordance with the ministry’s approved plan, noting that the service was launched after completing a series of technical and field preparations.
He added that specialized teams continue to work around the clock to ensure the speedy processing of visas and the accuracy of pilgrims’ data entry, in line with approved regulations.
The first flights of Yemeni pilgrims are expected to begin in mid-Dhu al-Qi’dah, as part of the ongoing arrangements for the season.
