The Director of the Yemenia Airways office in Jeddah, Murad al-Khalidi, stated that arrangements are underway to operate direct flights from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah to several Yemeni governorates, including Al-Mahrah and Shabwa.
In press statements, Al-Khalidi explained that the plan also includes increasing the number of flights from Al-Riyan and Seiyun airports to Jeddah. Additionally, there are plans to expand international destinations to include the city of Dammam in the near future.
Recently, Yemenia Airways announced the operation of flights between Jeddah and the airports of Aden, Socotra, and Mukalla.
