Al-Khunbashi Forms a Preparatory Committee to Draft Hadramawt’s Vision for the Riyadh Dialogue

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council and Governor of Hadramawt Governorate, Salem Ahmed Al-Khunbashi, issued a decision to form a preparatory committee tasked with drafting Hadramawt’s vision for participation in the upcoming Southern–Southern Dialogue.
According to the decision reviewed by Yemen Monitor, the committee consists of a chairperson and fifteen members. It will be responsible for preparing and organizing the governorate’s participation in the dialogue track, in a manner that reflects the aspirations of Hadramawt’s people and its various political and social components.
Governor Al-Khunbashi explained that the decision to form the committee was based on the outcomes of an expanded meeting that brought together political parties, organizations, and representatives of social groups in Hadramawt, and in line with the public interest requirements of the current stage.
The committee is chaired by Governor Salem Al-Khunbashi, and its members are:
Abdulaziz Jaber, Najeeb Khenbash, Issam Habreesh, Abdulsalam Baaboud, Mohammed Al-Hamed, Ali Salem Baljubaili, Jumaan Saeed bin Saad, Mohammed Bamogdad, Saleh bin Huraiz, Ashraf Al-Fadhli, Tareq Balakhshar, Marina Al-Jouhi, Mohammed Baltayef, Mohsen Nasser Naseer, and Yasser Bamithqal.
This decision comes as part of ongoing preparations for the convening of the Southern–Southern Dialogue, scheduled to be hosted in the Saudi capital Riyadh, at the invitation of Saudi Arabia and at the request of the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, with the aim of discussing visions and solutions related to the southern issue.
