Houthis Announce Drone Attacks on Three Targets in Israel

Yemen Monitor/Newsroom:
The armed Houthi group announced on Friday evening that they carried out three drone attacks targeting locations in several regions of Israel.
The group’s military spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, stated in a press release that the group “carried out three military operations targeting three Israeli enemy targets in Jaffa, Ashkelon, and Beersheba, using three drones.”
Since October 2023, the Houthi group has conducted repeated missile and drone attacks against Israeli targets, as part of what it claims is a show of support for the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
In response to these attacks, Israel has launched airstrikes on Hudaidah port, as well as critical energy facilities and infrastructure in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen, resulting in significant human and material losses.
