Academic researcher Dr. Khaled Al-Sharaabi, who serves as the President of the Yemeni Students Union in Pakistan, has been missing since the evening of Monday, April 22, 2025. He disappeared after leaving his home in Islamabad to purchase supplies from a nearby area.
Dr. Al-Sharaabi is well-known for his patriotic stance and his ongoing support for Yemeni students, having played a significant role in facilitating their university admissions in Pakistan and assisting them in facing both academic and living challenges.
Meanwhile, his family has expressed deep concern over his disappearance and has called on all official and civil authorities, as well as the Yemeni Embassy in Islamabad, to expedite efforts in searching and investigating to ensure his safety and well-being.
