Forty-two people were killed and injured on Saturday evening in a US airstrike that targeted a popular market in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a – according to Houthi health officials and media.

Houthi-affiliated health officials said that 12 people were killed and 30 others injured in the “Furwa” popular neighborhood in the Shu’ub district in the center of the capital Sana’a, according to a preliminary toll.
