Military Leader: Yemeni Army Forces on the Verge of Liberating Sana’a

Yemen Monitor/Newsroom:

A prominent Yemeni military leader has confirmed the imminent military resolution and the recapture of the capital, Sana’a, from the grip of the Houthi militias.

Brigadier General Saleh Qurosh, the former commander of the Fifth Brigade, described the military preparations of the Yemeni army as exceeding the expectations of the Houthis.

In statements to “Independent Arabia,” he pointed out that the current conditions are favorable for liberating Yemen from the Houthis, referring to the US strikes against the Houthis, the unification of the army’s operations rooms, in addition to the advanced training received by the Yemeni forces.

Qurosh also highlighted the pivotal role of the high morale of the soldiers and the support of the Yemeni citizens who are awaiting the liberation of their country.

He clarified that all formations of the Yemeni army, from Saada to Marib, the western coast, Al-Bayda, Hajjah, and Taiz, are eager to liberate Yemen from “Houthi terrorism,” which has caused widespread destruction and the killing of innocent people.

The military leader emphasized the high level of coordination between the army leadership, the political leadership, the coalition countries, and the US in confronting the “terrorist” acts of the Houthis.
