Several areas in Wadi Hadramawt have witnessed heavy rains since the early hours of Wednesday, causing flash floods to inundate valleys and roads.
Activists circulated pictures and video clips showing the torrents of water flowing through a number of streets and neighborhoods in the directorates of the valley in the governorate.
A number of Yemeni governorates, including Hadramawt and Al Mahrah, are expected to experience heavy rains in the coming hours.
