Marib Authorities: We Will Not Tolerate Any Practices Targeting Security or Citizens’ Interests

The local authority in Marib Governorate affirmed that it will not tolerate any practices aimed at undermining security, disturbing public peace, or affecting the interests of citizens.
During a meeting of the Executive Office chaired by the Deputy Governor of Marib, Ali al-Fatimi, the authority praised the vigilance of military units and security agencies and their responsible handling of tasks while maintaining freedoms, rights, and property.
In its regular meeting for May, held on Tuesday, the Office discussed annual performance reports from the Office of Public Health and Population and the Higher Institute of Health Sciences, as well as a number of emerging security and service-related issues in the governorate.
During the meeting—attended by Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Ali al-Abab and Deputy Governors Major General Nasser Ruqaib, Abdullah al-Bakri, and Mohammed al-Moawadi—Deputy Governor al-Fatimi stressed the necessity of strengthening security and stability and maintaining public tranquility.
Dr. Ahmed al-Abadi, Director General of the Health Office, reviewed the office’s annual performance report, the health and epidemiological situation, and the most prominent achievements, challenges, and difficulties.
Attendees also listened to a report presented by the Dean of the Higher Institute of Health Sciences, Dr. Mohammed Miftah, regarding the educational process at the institute and the requirements for developing training standards and improving the quality of the institute’s graduates to serve the health sector’s need for personnel and fill existing vacancies in medical and health facilities.
The Executive Office meeting discussed several issues related to strengthening security and emerging service sectors in the governorate and approved the appropriate measures regarding them.
