Taiz Police Apprehend Wanted Suspects for Several Governorates in Joint Security Coordination

The Taiz Governorate Police announced on Monday the arrest of several individuals wanted in connection with criminal cases for the police departments of Aden, Hadhramaut, and Al Dhale’ governorates. Warrants for their compulsory arrest had been issued by the competent public prosecutors’ offices. This was carried out as part of a joint security coordination operation between police agencies in several governorates.

Taiz Police clarified that the arrests were carried out under the directives of Police General Director Mansour Al-Akhali, and based on direct coordination with the Security and Police Sector of the Ministry of Interior. They noted that the wanted individuals have been handed over to the relevant authorities in the governorates that issued the arrest warrants.

In a related effort, the police in Lahij Governorate also managed to apprehend one suspect who was wanted by the Taiz Police, as part of the joint efforts to enhance security and stability.

Brigadier General Al-Akhali praised the level of security cooperation and high readiness among the police departments in the liberated governorates. He extended his thanks to the Criminal Investigation Department and the field investigation teams for their role in the success of the operation.

The Director of Taiz Police affirmed that such operations reflect the effectiveness of joint security coordination and contribute to strengthening the state of security and stability in the governorate.
