Marib Holds Security Meeting to Coordinate Efforts and Strengthen Stability

Security agencies in Marib governorate convened a broad meeting on Wednesday, chaired by the province’s police chief, Brig. Gen. Yahya Ali Humaid, to review the latest security developments and discuss measures aimed at reinforcing public stability.
In his remarks, Brig. Gen. Humaid underscored the importance of unifying efforts and enhancing coordination between security units, districts, and police departments to maintain law and order across the governorate. He praised recent achievements in strengthening security and urged continued efforts to build on those successes.
The meeting heard reports from the Criminal Investigation Department and heads of security districts and police stations, detailing progress in implementing security plans over the past months, as well as challenges and strategies to ensure their effectiveness.
Discussions also focused on continued support for the work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Central Bank in monitoring compliance with official price lists, following the recent improvement in the value of the national currency. The directives were made in line with orders from Interior Minister Maj. Gen. Ibrahim Haidan.
