UNHCR Warns of Yemeni Crisis Repercussions After a Decade of Suffering

Yemen Monitor/Newsroom:
The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) has revealed the catastrophic consequences facing Yemenis after ten years of continuous crisis, with thousands of families losing their basic means of survival.
The international organization clarified via its official account on the “X” platform that humanitarian conditions have reached unprecedented levels, stating that merely surviving death is no longer enough to describe the daily suffering.
The UNHCR pointed out that hundreds of families are deprived of their most basic rights to safe housing, education, and protection, amidst living conditions that are becoming more difficult day by day.
It noted that the humanitarian situation requires urgent intervention from the international community, calling for intensified efforts to provide immediate assistance to the affected population.
The organization affirmed that humanitarian support represents a lifeline for many Yemenis, expressing hope for concerted international efforts to save families living on the brink.
