The Houthi armed group issued a stern warning to the UK on Wednesday, threatening severe consequences in response to what it described as British aggression against Yemen.
The warning came in a statement released by the group’s unrecognized government, which condemned what it called “British arrogance” following the UK Ministry of Defence’s announcement of joint military operations with the US in southern Sana’a.
The Houthis declared that the UK must brace for the consequences of its actions, asserting that they will retaliate against what they described as an illegitimate attack.
