The Head of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council issued Presidential Decree No. (3) of 2026 today, Friday, forming the new Yemeni government under the chairmanship of Dr. Shaya Mohsen Al-Zandani. The move brings extensive changes to several sovereign and service portfolios, introducing new faces to the forefront of government work while several ministers departed their posts.
