Yemeni Foreign Minister Shaea al-Zandani met today with the Korean Ambassador to Yemen to discuss ways of enhancing and developing bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries.
Al-Zandani praised Korea’s support to Yemen, including the recent pledge of $5 million, bringing the total Korean aid this year to $20 million across various programs.
During the meeting, al-Zandani received a congratulatory letter from South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Yemen and Korea, in which he affirmed his country’s keenness to continue strengthening bilateral cooperation.
