Yemen Monitor / Newsroom:

On Tuesday morning, the Nagm Al-Balda Tourism Season 2025 officially commenced on the beaches of Mukalla city, drawing a large crowd from within and outside Hadramout governorate. Sixty Beach and other coastal areas were filled with families and visitors who enjoyed the cool sea waters that Mukalla is famous for during this annual season.

This season is considered one of Hadramout’s most prominent tourism and cultural events. Activities vary between heritage and cultural displays, alongside exhibitions for productive families, artistic performances, family festivals, and a diverse range of marine and sports events.

The event organizers stated that these activities aim to promote domestic tourism and encourage visitors to enjoy their time in Mukalla. They urged everyone to take advantage of the unique marine atmosphere, which occurs only once a year.

This occasion underscores the importance of the tourism sector in Hadramout as a destination that combines heritage and natural beauty, all within an atmosphere of security and stability.
