The UN Special Envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, is scheduled to brief the UN Security Council today, Tuesday, on the latest political and humanitarian developments in Yemen.
The session is set to convene at 5:00 PM Yemen time, during which Grundberg will review the evolving situation in the country and the United Nations’ efforts to advance the political process and support the path to peace.
The briefing comes amid ongoing political, economic, and humanitarian challenges facing Yemen, alongside continued international calls for de-escalation and the resumption of a comprehensive political process.
