Head of State Security Agency Arrives in Al-Mahra, Eastern Yemen

The head of the Central State Security Agency, Major General Mohammed Musleh Hameed Aidah, arrived in Al-Mahra province, eastern Yemen, at the start of a field visit aimed at enhancing security coordination and reviewing the conditions of the agency’s branches in the province.

Upon his arrival at Al-Ghaydah International Airport, he was received by the Secretary-General of the Local Council of Al-Mahra province, Salem Abdullah Nimer, accompanied by the province’s Deputy for Public Relations Affairs, Mohammed Mohsen Ra’afit, along with a number of military and security leaders.

The reception was also attended by the Commander of the Al-Ghaydah Axis, Major General Salem Ali Mikhbal Kadah; the Commander of the Homeland Shield Forces, Brigadier Abdullah bin Sadif; the Head of the State Security Agency in the province, Brigadier Ali Omar Mawla Duwaylah; the Deputy Head of the Agency, Brigadier Ali bin Ali Muslim Al-Qumairi; as well as several other officials.

The Secretary-General of the Local Council emphasized the importance of the visit in supporting security work in the province, pointing to its role in strengthening coordination, addressing the conditions of the agency’s branch, and identifying the needs of officers and leadership, all of which contribute to performance development and enhancing the efficiency of security work.

The visit aims to conduct field tours to the agency’s branches in Al-Mahra, hold direct meetings with leaders and personnel, assess performance levels, evaluate current conditions, discuss existing challenges, and work to address them—thereby enhancing the agency’s efficiency and supporting efforts to unify security work and integrate units within a unified institutional framework.
