Security Forces Close Offices of the Dissolved Southern Transitional Council in Aden

Yemen Monitor / Newsroom / Aden:
Security forces in the city of Aden carried out closure operations today, Sunday, targeting several offices belonging to the dissolved Southern Transitional Council (STC). The move aims to reclaim a number of facilities and return them to official authorities.
Local sources stated that security forces surrounded the buildings of the Council’s National Assembly and set up barriers to prevent STC followers from entering, amid a heavy security deployment in the vicinity of these headquarters.
Media outlets affiliated with the dissolved STC confirmed the closure of some of its offices in Aden, despite the absence of any official statement clarifying the details or motives behind these measures so far.
